Court of Appeal Rules Amended
Pursuant to Section 12 of the Appellate Jurisdiction Act, Cap 141 , via GN. No. 118 published on 22/03/2024 the Chief Justice has made a raft of Amendments particularly to the Tanzania Court of Appeal Rules GN. No.368 of 2009 making changes to several provisions and entirely substituting the Third and Fourth schedules for the new ones.Many other provisions are equally amended as evidenced in the attachment herein.
