Most Employers and Human Resource Professionals will attest to the fact that one of the most mentally
agonizing duties they have is when they have to call a spade a spade and commence disciplinary proceedings
against a member of staff. Disciplinary Proceedings or hearings as they are interchangeably called are a means of dealing with Labour disputes between an employer and an individual employee.
