Marion Epafras Njau holds an LL.B degree from St. Augustine University of Tanzania, Mwanza, and is an Advocate of the High Court of Tanzania and Courts Subordinate thereto.
Her areas of practice include legal drafting, commercial and corporate law, corporate governance, security registration, and litigation. She is also involved in legal research, preparation of legal opinions and submissions, and drafting and reviewing various legal and commercial documents.
As an advocate at the beginning of her professional practice, Ms Marion is committed to continuously developing her legal skills and gaining practical experience across different areas of law. She approaches her work with diligence, curiosity, and a strong willingness to learn, while growing professionally alongside the Firm and contributing to the delivery of effective and practical legal services to clients.
