MUSWADA WA SHERIA YA UWEKEZAJI NA MAENEO MAALUMU YA KIUCHUMI, 2024
Parliament of the United Republic of Tanzania yesterday the 13th of February,2025 passed a bill establishing the Tanzania Investments and Special Economic Zones Authority bill ( abbreviated TISEZA). Among other things, the bill merges the Tanzania Investment Centre (TIC) with the Export Processing Zones Authority ( EPZA) to achieve more efficiency.The bill proposes to establish an Authority, to be known as the Tanzania Investment and Special Economic Zones Authority (TISEZA) which will act as the main government agency for investment promotion, coordination and facilitation in the country.
