The Business Registrations and Licensing Agency (Brela) under the Ministry of Industry and Trade has announced the upgrade of their Business Online Services Platform making company registration and compliance measures a lot seamless.
The New Platform now makes it possible for company directors to separately file returns with the previously bundled applications now disentangled, real time tracking on ongoing company processes, charges and debentures are now to be filed through BOS and name clearance is now fully digitized.
